Packages whose tracking info shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier.

If you want to return // exchange an item for a full refund (minus the shipping costs), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges must be of the same or lesser value of the item purchased. If you wish to exchange your item for one at a higher price an invoice with the difference will be sent to you.

Please do not send items back without notifying me first!

If you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund (minus shipping costs) please make sure item is packaged properly so it reaches me in its original intact condition.

We will try to have your item shipped within 2 business days, although most of the time it will be the next day.

All orders shipped lowest available rate via USPS unless buyer requests otherwise. In which case what type of service and which shipper is preferred.

If you order more than one piece, I will pack them together to reduce shipping costs.

I DO ship Internationally - PLEASE NOTE: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
